Delivery Charges: Delivery fee is based on the size and weight of goods, and delivery locations, Please contact us for confirmation. We do not earn from shipping fee. If customer chooses to mail or courier, the customer must pay the postage/courier fee. The customer has also to bear the risk of lost in the mail and/or shipping damage.
Stock Availability: We strive to maintain all products in stock; however, on occasion we will run out of an item and cannot guarantee its availability. If you place an order for any items that are out of stock, we will promptly notify you via e-mail with options for selecting alternate items or canceling those items from your order.
Order Processing and Transit times: While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, orders will take 2-5 business days to process and ship out. Please consider this when placing your order and be sure to allow extra time in case of unexpected delays.
Returns and Exchanges: Please note that all products are non-refundable. We take extra precautions to ensure that your orders are carefully packed and leave our warehouse in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive in the same good condition. When you receive your order, please examine the merchandise immediately for any damage. To be entitled to an exchange you must send, at your cost, the items to be exchanged to our warehouse. Returned Items must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging with all accessories. After we have received the items in good condition, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent subject to stock availability. If your items went out of stock, you may exchange to other goods with same value. Each order can only be exchanged once. Stationery, glassware and discounted items are non-returnable.
